Welcome to Priess + Horstmann and welcome to Minden-Lübbecke, the windmill district!

For 50 years, the Priess + Horstmann team has developed and produced drilling and assembly machines for the furniture industry, from individual machines to complete production lines. Our machines are used all over the world. We’re proud of that. At our site in Unterlübbe/Hille, approx. 150 employees produce highly

complex plants with short decision and communication channels. The pleasant atmosphere of the “Priess + Horstmann family” is reflected in the fact that all of our employees have been at our company for many years.

Priess + Horstmann has placed great importance on teaching young people for decades. In addition to job-specific knowledge, apprentices will acquire a high level of social and individual expertise. Apprenticeship positions at Priess + Horstmann

construct complex automation systems, adapt and expand them. They assemble and install components, configure and program systems, test them and commission them.

assemble, install, maintain and repair electric operating and production systems. They also program, configure and check systems and safety equipment.

produce machines and production plants, set them up or convert them. They monitor and optimise production processes, perform repair and maintenance tasks.

build mechanical, electrical and electronic components, assemble them to create complex systems, install control system software and maintain systems.
